At VICCOMAN, our aim is to provide our customers with defect-free products that provide them with years of warranty and services. To ensure this, all our products are manufactured to the highest standards and conform to stringent CE/FCC AND ROHS Standards. We are so confident that our product will meet or exceed the expectations of our customers that we offer free extended warranties on all of our products. The warranty covers any defect that is attributable to manufacturing, assembly, or material fault.
Conditions
To ensure that our products provide the service we expect, it is important that they are used with standard ports and devices. This provides the desired result with the highest performance and increases its durability.
The customer has a duty to be careful in maintaining the product and when presenting the product to use the warranty, be sure that the product is not damaged.
Limitation
The warranty covers all products for the 5years but in cases you might not get warranty. So this is important to care about conditions.
- Any damage or breakdown that causes serious damage to the product, will cause the product to be out of warranty.
- The warranty will be waived if opening, Disassemble the parts or repairment happened.
- It is important to provide product packaging to customer services for your warranty.
- Product purchased from anyone other than Viccoman or a Viccoman authorized reseller.
How to Claim
The product should be returned to the point of sale and proof of purchase should be provided at all
times. The product may need to be analyzed so that the cause of the defect can be determined.
Special notes
VICCOMAN reserve the right to make a reasonable charge for testing products that are subject to a warranty claim. If it is found that the warranty claim is justified then the charge will be refunded in full.
The Viccoman has no responsibility for any data lost, it is your responsibility to always have a backup of your data.
